Nous accordons une grande importance \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de nos produits et de nos services. Si toutefois vous avez des plaintes ou des remarques \u00e0 formuler, vous pouvez suivre la proc\u00e9dure ci-dessous. Vous nous permettrez ainsi d’encore mieux vous servir \u00e0 l’avenir.<\/p>\n

Qu’est-ce qu’une plainte ?<\/h5>\n

Une plainte est d\u00e9finie comme \u00ab une expression manifeste et clairement d\u00e9finie d’une insatisfaction au sujet d’une prestation ou d’un service de l’Institut g\u00e9ographique national \u00bb. Cela peut \u00eatre par exemple une plainte \u00e0 propos d’une commande, d’une facture, d’une prestation ou du comportement d’un membre de notre personnel. L’objet de la plainte doit \u00e9videmment \u00eatre du ressort de l’Institut g\u00e9ographique national.<\/p>\n

Si vous choisissez la formule \u00ab\u00a0Envoi par la poste\u00a0\u00bb (sans \u00ab\u00a0Track and Trace\u00a0\u00bb) pour votre commande, l\u2019exp\u00e9dition se fait \u00e0 vos risques et p\u00e9rils. Si vous ne recevez pas votre commande ou si elle est endommag\u00e9e, nous pouvons uniquement vous envoyer une confirmation par e-mail que les cartes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bel et bien envoy\u00e9es en bon \u00e9tat, mais pas de code-barres ni de num\u00e9ro de commande. Il va de soi que vous pouvez vous adresser \u00e0 nous si la livraison ne correspond pas \u00e0 ce que vous aviez command\u00e9. Les plaintes concernant des commandes non re\u00e7ues, endommag\u00e9es ou erron\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es directement au service commercial\u00a0: sales@ngi.be<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nous ne pouvons pas acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des demandes de suppression de chemins priv\u00e9es de nos donn\u00e9es. Notre mission l\u00e9gale consiste \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain. Pour ce faire, nous utilisons des crit\u00e8res objectifs (longueur, largeur\u2026), mais nous ne tenons pas compte du statut juridique du chemin.<\/p>\n

Comment d\u00e9poser une plainte ?<\/h5>\n

Vous pouvez envoyer un simple e-mail \u00e0 plaintes@ngi.be<\/a>. Plus vous donnez de d\u00e9tails, mieux nous pourrons traiter votre plainte.<\/p>\n

Vous pouvez \u00e9galement nous envoyer une lettre \u00e0 l’adresse suivante : Institut g\u00e9ographique national, Gestion des Plaintes – Avenue de Cortenbergh 115 – 1000 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n

Comment votre plainte est-elle trait\u00e9e ?<\/h5>\n

Le coordinateur des plaintes r\u00e9ceptionne votre plainte et vous envoie un accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception. Il cr\u00e9e une fiche reprenant la date d’envoi et de r\u00e9ception de la plainte, le probl\u00e8me, les coordonn\u00e9es du plaignant et le suivi de la plainte. Le coordinateur des plaintes traitera ensuite la plainte avec la plus grande attention et recherchera une solution adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

En principe, nous vous envoyons une r\u00e9ponse dans les 5 jours ouvrables apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception de la plainte. Si ce n’est pas possible, le coordinateur de plaintes vous pr\u00e9vient du d\u00e9lai probable de r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n

Les plaintes anonymes, injurieuses ou qui ne concernent pas l’Institut g\u00e9ographique national ne seront pas trait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
